I need to get my passport and proof of address notarised. Does anyone know of a local solicitor who would do this. Thanks

Don't waste your money on doing it through a solicitor.
Just go to any notary and ask for a copia compulsada of the documents.

Very true, Solicitors will charge a small fortune for the simplest of tasks.
