Hi

Has anyone used The Expat Centre in Quesada?  We are hoping to apply for our Non Lucrative visas next year and wonder whether to instruct them to assist us.

Many thanks.

You've got to apply for your NLV in your home country, so you will be wasting your time (? and money)

Sorry I didn't really explain myself very well.  I know you need to apply in your home country but all relevant paperwork has to be transcribed in official Spanish etc I we thought it would help to use people who did this all the time.

Since September last year, the company BLS Spain Visa has been nominated by the Spanish ministry as the visa application centre. BLS VIsa

You can pay another company to do it but Ministry of Foreign Affairs will pass all application through BLS so cut out the middle man. Their site tells you everything you need an how to do it all.

They don't do it all the time. BLS visa is the only company handling these applications.

They will tell you which documents need to be translated by a sworn translator. They will lead you through the whole process.

Good Morning, if you need the name of an excellent Immigration Lawyer who provides full Translation services, all at a very reasonable rate please private message me for details.  I used her for our initial submission, 1st and 2nd renewals and TIE applications.

Yours was done some time ago when BLS Spain visa was not the official visa handling service. It changed in September last year and BLS Visa become the company responsible for handling all visa applications. They will guide you through the process, ensure your application is handled by the correct consulate which has links to officially recognised translation services.

Things have changed but you can still go through your own company but they will have to go through BLS Visa to process everything. The change was made due to the vast differenced some companies made in their fees plus ensuring the application is speedier as BLS provides a complete checklist to ensure you have everything in order before the final application.

Apologies fir not knowing you are a vusa expert.  My 2nd renewal was actually approved a week ago and it was via BLS, it took them two months!

I do y hope you are sending your expert knowledge out to all the "Gestors" "Lawyers" and those that propose to submit applications, who are still advertising for work and currently have full order books for visa processing.

All I was doing was recommending the services of a very experienced, reliable, low fee, lawyer who could assist the original questioner, it is their choice whether to proceed or not, not yours
