Glass aluminium enclosure for a hotub in garden - Does it need planning permission?

Hi do I need to have planning permission to have this built.?
Best advice is to enquire at your Ayuntamiento. They will be able to provide a definitive answer specific to the town.

Bear in mind most structure have to be a least 3 meters from the boundary also you will probably have to increase you potentia (power supply) to cope with the hot tub, get a professional company like Don Aluminio Building & Reformation to take a look for you they are fully registered and legal and can arrange all necessary licenses as they did for us and nice guys as well. if you are looking for recommendations just google them.
