About EL RANCHO MOTEL and TEX-MEX BAR & DINER

EL RANCHO MOTEL consists of 20 rooms of which 5 are typical hotel rooms with en-suites of a double/twin and bunk beds, therefore catering for 4 persons each. These rooms have ceramic floors which can cater for dogs. 

The other rooms are within a block of purpose built wooden Cabins with en-suites. There is a mixture of double/twin rooms for two and other rooms that are double/twin and have mezzanines which also have double/twin beds therefore for four persons. 

In addition, we also have 6 additional 'Backpacker' rooms that are very basic, literally bunk beds and clothes hanging space for two ( plus one for three persons ).  They share an ample amount of toilets and showers within their own space without the need to go outside.

The prices include a Continental Buffet Breakfast. Cooked breakfasts by mutual arrangement.

The whole effect is creating a 'rustic', yet comfortable experience within the vast site which is set alongside a National Reserve Park. Please inquire for any further information.

In addition, on the site, there is off street parking for over 100 vehicles, plus a very large swimming pool which is free use for residents. Plus an International Standard Petanca playing area with 16 Pistes. Plus an International Standard Green Bowls Rink.

PLUS, a fantastic large TEX-MEX BAR & DINER catering for nearly 100 persons inside and over 100 persons outside on the terraces with all the usual American and South of the Border Cuisine and Cocktails, Smoothies etc. The opening hours will be from 12 noon til late. Between 12 noon and 6pm there are meals available in reduced sizes and prices if required. 

There is also a purpose built BBQ that can serve 500 persons at a Buffet.

We also have Horse Riding Stables and a Paddock Ring. We are able to cater for beginners, intermediate and experienced. As the scenery and the National Reserve Park is on our doorstep, those who are able can take advantage of a hack through the countryside alongside the salt lakes. 

Under current construction is a function room, a spa, a sauna and extra toilets. These facilities will shortly be available for hire for events like weddings, parties etc. 

We are able to do events of all varying sizes. 

For example, within the first three months of 2017, we have already had many Petanca matches including an International Match with teams made up from the UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Ireland. There have been many Green Bowls matches. We also held an event for the Little Pod Dog Association as a Charity Dog Show in which towards 100 dogs entered with over 150 owners and visitors plus a large selection of side stalls.The day was so successful that the Charity have re booked again for November 5th 2017. As our car park is capable, many organisations use coaches to bring other Bowls and Petanca teams from long distances within Costa Blanca. 

The Green Bowls and the Petanca pitches are available for hire for large groups. The pool is available for hire for Scuba Diving clubs etc.
