Hi, I've been put on the ERTE scheme since mid March and to date haven't received any payment yet, I only worked 10 hours per week, is this common?

Hi Anthony,

I am in the same situation as you. I recently decided to get help from my legal representative but it seems to be impossible to make an appointment at the employment office (SEPE) as they won't give appointments to people with an ERTE.

I have a friend who has been over-paid through their ERTE and they did get a telephone appointment and they were told not to worry as they will eventually receive a letter asking for the money back!

I hope you hear something soon.

Regards

Dee

Thank you Dee, I thought about trying to contact them but it seems pointless.

Thank you, I've found out already the phone number they have is wrong, so at least that's a start.
