I've looked back at your previous posts: there's one about requiring a repair to your shaver, one about needing a cat sitter, one with a comment about Putin, and finally this ´reminder´about your laptop problem, but there is no previous post from you about it. If you´d like to give some detail of the problem, other members may be able to help.
In the meantime, you may not be aware that members of this group are here to share information and help fellow members, as and when any of us can. Our membership is voluntary and none of us is paid to provide the help that we do.

Hi welfare 100,
There can be a number of reasons for your laptop, or any PC, to run slower than it should. The first thing I would recommend is "defragging". If you haven't done it before, this article should help:

Usually lots of Junk eating RAM and general slowdown

Would suggest you scan for viruses, if you dont have one get a free online scan at the below link.
