Hi everyone. A cuple of years ago, i converted my 2 adjoining studio apartments in Mil Palmeras to a one i bed apartment. I am still paying 2 electric bills  2 community fees 2 insurences ,2 water bills etc.I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as i would like to register a new description of my property.(I have only read about this procedure recently.)Any advice would be much appreciated.Kind Regards.Desmond.

I would guess the first question has to be, did you seek and obtain any required permissions to carry out the alteration, seems likely that such a major change would have required some sort of approvals

I think you need to look into what you've done quite closely before making any attempt to reregister the property at the Town Hall, in the worst case where you'd done it all without permission it's conceivable that they could make you undo it and restore the two units to what they were before.
