Add forum to your contacts list it worked for me

Hi there. Sorry about that. This will be fixed in a few days as it's a server problem with some email addresses.
In the meantime it's really important you go into your Junk folder and click the "not spam" button for each email that is in your junk from us and add the email address it is sent from to your contacts.

I haven't received any emails for more than a week, not in my junk box either.

Hi I received mine to my junk mail and it had "no content" had to go to website this week!!
