Hi we only visit 3 times a year but every time we open the bungalow doors theirs always a smell from the shower room of sewage. It's less bad in the summer months when our block is busy. Don't want to keep putting bleach down the drain and have tried scented candles etc. Is this just the norm many thanks if you can advise. Ps even on the way to the bins it's exactly the same smell from the drain covers on the ground floor.

Run all your taps, showers, bidet and flush loo a few times as the traps dry out where properties are left empty.

Have a word with a Representative of your Community Committee. One of their functions is to address concerns such as this.
