I dont think There is much to chose from. Hidraqua is the Water supplier and Iberdrola is the electricity supplier. Both of them are owned by the spanish government. For Water i think there is only a call and the address as well as apartment number needed for electricity you need as well to know the electricity receivement box number. Former owner has this number on their old invoices or you need to check the number on the box where electricity comes in.

hey thanks for replying. When i was there there wasnt any meters connected so ill give them a call and take it from there. this will put my spanish to the test. Thanks
Scott, depending upon how old the property is may mean you would have to obtain a boletin for the Electrical installation within the Flat.

Ahh thanks. I did hear something like that. I think it’s an 80s build. Is a boletin like a certificate?

Yes Scott, Google 'Electrical boletin in Spain ' and it will bring up for you, loads of useful guidance of where and when it is needed.
