Inca and I are looking for a place where we can be ourselves but be part of a community.

Previously built houses, farmed, played serious sport, grown veg but now perhaps in the sun to a lesser scale.  Is this area the right  one for us?

BTW, Inca is a German Shepherd!

Hello to you and Inca we are selling our house which is in a beautiful village about 20 mins from Monovar. We are surrounded by mountains with perfect dog walking areas. The house is about 9 years old with swimming pool and 11.000 sq mts of well ploughed land , a local farmer will plough the land for you (we do it ourselves ). For a virtual tour check out the olive tree pinoso ref no 2094. All the best

Hi Salisbury, I know this is an old message but if you're still looking it's agreat area with loads of land, we bought in Monovar about 8 years ago and are moving out full time later this year, the people are friendly and life is slow.

Cheers, Paul

ref. 2094 the olive tree pinoso. Just checked and its there so not sure why you can't view it. Slight frost for a couple of days this year by 8am its gone. I know what you mean about confusing. Our house is in a sought after area as it's in a village called Encebras and our house is outside the village in a stunning valley. Just put it on the market and told it won't take long we have someone coming for a second viewing soon but of course it depends on what they offer. Property doesn't come up much in this valley as there is a great community spirit. There is a great little Spanish bar in the village. All around the area right outside our door are great walks. The olive tree do all the legal side of things which we found so helpful as we just wouldn't have known where to start. Your very welcome to come and see our house just contact Ken on 34 620957075. All the best with your search regards ka
