How does one crack the ice here? Ok I'll try.  The lady estate agents appear to find me v desirable, is it my dashing good looks, suave sophisticated manner or are they, possibly, just possibly looking for a sale?  Can I go into an estate office and ask to be shown around a desolate, remote building by a man, I tend to feel that's worse!!!

So if you don't mind where does a guy 59 and dog 10 years and 10 months try to find to live.  Must have some garden / land, nice kitchen as I cook, at least one bedroom, some sort of slucing facility to wash in and somewhere to paint from?

We are actually serious about the move.

Martin and Inca.

Try Claire and Steve in Sax. Look up fabfincas on the internet and go from there. they help with NIE, notaries, solicitors, amenities, have great aftercare, have no fees for buyers, they even helped me to register my car and sorted the ITV. 8 months on I still ask them for help and they don't mind.
