No, it is just that some people who have had a bad experience with tradesmen now question the legality and professionalism of everybody who offer their services, Good luck with your business.

Ah OK, I see. I haven't been on for a long time due to work commitments, thought the rules may have changed?! Thank you for your kind words
Thank you, I am just looking to help those who aren't able to do things for themselves, helps make the world go around :o)
Sometimes their bad experiences can help others to avoid the same problems. To work in Spain you must be registered as Autonomo and pay into the system, as in the UK. If not registered, it's doubtful that any valid insurance is in force so if something goes wrong, you are scuppered, you can hardly denounce them to the police as it will be admitting you have used an illegal worker, and be liable to be fined yourself. It can end up costing a whole lot more than using a registered worker in the first place.
Sorry if this upsets some people but to me "professionalism" includes being legal.

Yes, but some people on the Forum seem to be intent on tarring everybody with the same brush and are dismissive of tradesmen who are genuine, without any evidence.

Cheryl & John - both valid comments :o)
Probably because some of them could do with some tarring and feathering! Joking aside, it would really help if all those advertising on here, for work, holiday lets etc would confirm in their advert that the appropriate registration, insurance and licence is in place.
