You may be slightly outside of their "installation" zone but we used Ambifuego in Los Montesinos:
While they may not be the cheapest, they provided a quality service. We required some matching marble for the side of the burner to go with the living room floor tiles and they were able to source that and we've since had a few years of hassle free (usual maintenance accepted) fires.
They arranged a separate visit to our property, measured it all up and then on the day of installation were prompt, clean and efficient at installing it.

Jilmb There is a guy selling such on the FB site 'Monover Buying selling helping' Bryn Slack. I don't know him nor have any feedback, but it may be useful?
Apart from that Leroy Merlin and Brico in Crevillente may be a good start?
If you search fuego locally there are sure to be more and they come up on these sites as second hand.
Have a look at the pellet burners too, they seem to be cheaper to run, albeit we have a ton of wood and it is cheap to buy compared to what we paid in the UK.#
Hope you find one and many warm evenings ahead!

There's usually one or two second hand ones on Wallapop, it's an internet site where you can buy and sell second hand goods just type in wallapop monovar and it starts with the closest, we bought a really good one on there for 150 euros.

Jilmb,
Nick, one of our builders who is taking our fireplace down recommends a company in Villena called Ferri....and they have a large showroom. Said to have good prices. Worth a look?
Best regards,
