I live in UK but spend a lot of time in moraira. Sent an important email a few times, but no response. the BBVA staff have always been very helpful, so assume they are not getting it. Anyone got any ideas? I am replying to one they sent me,
so don’t think it’s the wrong email address. Many thanks to anyone who can advise.

I think you should say what email address you are using otherwise the same one could be suggested in a post back to you.
Also, which branch are you contacting & have you tried phoning them ?

Thanks. The email address for eva is exactly the one I have been using but I will try the other one. It comes up saying ‘external’ but can’t see that would make a difference.

Thanks. I have had another post giving me the email I am using so that is exactly what has happened!. Am trying to get hold of moraira branch so assume that is the one you have given me the phone number for. Are they good with English speaking conversations over the phone?
