Hello, we would like to improve our internet, currently we have only the 6MB option from Aeromax. Closeness does not reach us, and  Aeromax customer service unresponsivene when I ask to move to something faster. Are there any other options?

Thanks for your help.

David

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

Why not? does your reply call for a PM?

I have been with Teletec for some years and have found them superior to others. Their HQ adds to advantage of course.

The way it turned out, Closeness response was good and all the neighbours are pleased with it, only our place does not have a pole nearby and they would have had to rum a cable across a neighbour's property which we did not want to get into.

Telitec were unresponsive. Aeromax, who we are still with, failed repeatedly to send a technican to install a bigger receiver to get faster speed. So we are stuck Aeromax's 5MB and the occaisonal drop out when the signal goes for a weekend during which time they appear to have no one on their help desk/technical support. Maybe we'll get the road dug up and run a Closeness cable in the ground from the nearest pole down the road.
