Like a lot of Brits we are heading home in March .
We are driving to Santander and sailing to Portsmouth. We arrive late , so are planning to book in a hotel on Portsmouth before heading home to Wales. My question is is this allowed as due to quarantine at present we should only be isolating in our own home ?

Our friends went back to the UK at the weekend, they went the same route you are doing, the did a overnight stop in spain boarding the ferry for the 3 o'clock sail, then did an overnight stay in Portsmouth before heading to Manchester.
