Hi, Does anyone know if there is a company that leases cars in the Moraira area? I want to hire for maybe six months so want to avoid high rental costs.

Have you tried doyouspain.com? I hired a car month by month from Alicante Airport via their site, often at cents per day!
Check Tripadvisor about who to avoid!
Also make sure you thoroughly check the car, its locks and wheels etc.
They will offer you Collision Damage Waiver insurance also. REFUSE IT! They charge you a fortune for it. Instead, check out icarhireinsurance.com. You can get annual, European wide CDW insurance for about £40 per year. That is all you need.
