Hi Frazer
Thanks for your input.
Will the flexible filler be visible when painted over, I have seen it leave a gloss like finish when painted over.
Her indoors says I worry to much.
Thanks Again

I agree with Frazer that something like Sandtex is best.
I'm lazy, and I just enlarge the cracks, seal with diluted PVA, fill them with acrylic mastic, work the surface a bit to make a stippled effect, and then use a good quality exterior paint. I prefer Adoral Monocapa from Brochacolor.

The property has been built approx 15 years, just concerned that the cracks will reappear after painting.
Thinking about covering some of the cracks with a decorative moulding then paint white to match windows.
The problem is fixing, would like adhesive and mechanical fixing, due to movement.
Next problem is finding suitable tradesman that could complete the works, as we are only here for a week at a time.
Thanks in advance
Thanks
Think patching k render is different process, will need to read up on the above, then try one of the cracks, unless anyone out there has experience in doing this type of work.
Once again thanls
