Hi everyone
My partner and I are looking for a long term let anywhere wth easy access to Moraira by car.
We only need 1-2 beds but must allow pets ( 2 pomeranians).
Unfurnished would be ideal but not essential.

Hi Sue,
If you don’t mind paying an agency fee (which I highly recommend for obvious security reasons) I would start building a relationship with Aldertons. Jo Alderton is a true trooper & finder for little gems...... bearing in mind that the season is about to kick in properly & property owners are wanting to make short term rentals as profitable as possible for now. Having said that..... try Aldertons whom are based in Benissa in the square you never know what Jo & her team can come up with.

I’d love to be back in Moraira but I think it might be an little too expensive now so that’s why I don’t mind being a little further out. I’m just desperate to get back I love it so much.

Hi Sue, sorry but for some reason did my name cut off/short! I am Steffa 😂.....
great news..... & yes do try her..... you might like her as much as I/we do as she was incredibly helpful finding a long term rental for us in a very short time..... but that’s a story for another time. She truly goes out of her way..... & if she doesn’t someone else (perhaps even Sarah) will! Btw just to mention..... Aldertons are also wizardry with all legal beurocracy which can be a very lengthy & mind blowing experience. I am not sure how good your Spanish is but believe me I am only getting started with learning but because of Aldertons all is sorted! NIE, residencia, padron etc..... bearing in mind we are only 14weeks here!!!!

I don’t mind! A three bedroom house with pool & garden on the edge of Moraira, benissa costa opposite baladrar beach......, huge urbanisation!!!! Lovely to live here!
