Moving with disabled husband

Hi all
Could really do with some help and advise. We are looking to buy in Moraira. i work from home so I really need to make sure that my husband can be independent and get around to shops/bars/restaurants etc easily on his mobility scooter.
We have been to Javea many a time but had to rely on a car to get him to main areas and now we are instead considering Moraira as it looks like a lot of the property is easier for him to get out and about.
Any advice would be very helpful
