The absolute best and most reasonable electrician is Jaime Maso - based in Teulada.
(Jaime Maso - Instalaciones Electricas).
We've been using him for 22 years for all our houses and he has a huge 'fan club'. Jaime's Spanish but speaks fluent English. Mob : 659 33 1237. www.instalacionesjaimemaso.com.

Jaime Maso based in Teulada is the very best. Reliable, conscientious and reasonable.
He's been doing excellent work for us and friends for over 20 years. Highly recommended. 10/10.
