I'd just like to express my Christmas greetings to both Jan and Alex, with sincere thanks for all the good work they've done since they inaugurated the forum, and no doubt will continue into the future.
I've been a member of several forums in the last fifteen years, and have browsed many more, but this is far and away the best forum I've ever come across.

We moved over in October 2018 and this forum made things much easier and cheaper in many ways.
The advice we received on here meant that mistakes we made were our impromptu decisions and not the things we had researched on here..
Jim and all the other people who put advice on here are fantastic and non of this could happen without the Admin.

I'd like to add my thanks, to you as well Jim, to all the other regulars who often provide amusement and to those who go to the trouble of replying to the most unusual of request for information. I am amazed at how the most unusual questions will have someone who has done it before. Jan and Alex, you built it and they come.
