We have had problems with subsidence due to the rain.it is a big job and may be an insurance claim,in your experience would this be something that yo would be willing to undertake? We are looking at having other jobs done is guttering etc.

Would you be happy for us to contact you nearer the time about these Jobs?

I wasn't offended by your reply, and dealing with insurance out here will be a job for an architect, as he will have an engineer to call on for a plan of attack, 

It's worth going to a reputable building firm, in Yecla, they have shops in the main parade, 

It may be worth a visit to your local builders merchant for such details

It's not always good to use English builders here, as I have seen some shocking work, I think Facebook is a great place to be as it shows all, the job finish and satisfaction of the customer, 

I am a fully qualified carpenter/ joiner, I turn my hand to most things, unless I can give a professional finish, in that case, I get a man that can..

thank you for your reply, we have got Insurance man coming out on Tuesday, so fingers crossed.

We live in Almudaina, we would like to get all our guttering, down pipes re-newed, and we need a good plumber to service and de-scale our oil fired boiler asap so we can test the radiators before winter. we also have  new kitchen taps to be fitted while he is here.

Do you know of a good plumber/heating engineer we could use?
