We have a noisy neighbour and his sound echoes in the apartment corridor . We need a builder who can install noise panels? Can any builder help us ?

Good luck with your search! I’ll be looking to add some kind of insulation to our bedroom wall as our neighbours are up till 3am usually . They sit in bed and talk and watch tv on a nightly basis.

Unfortunately it’s not just addressing the walls for sound insulation......floors are the worse especially if they are concrete which most tend to be in spain. even new builds do not consider this at all and until you have lived in one be very cautious as it can make your life a misery! If you can rent before you buy I would definitely recommend and of course what neighbours you have make a a massive difference day to day!

To the original poster I would say look into the options available very closely as you could spend loads of money on wall insulation only to achieve very little at the end of the day without doing floor and maybe ceiling insulation as well?
