If you are planning to rent your property for holiday lets, are you aware of the need to get a Tourist Licence? DaveBev1 have posted a fantastic guide, Davebev1's guides: Renting out your property as a holiday let in Spain

In some areas it has been taking about a year to get the licence granted assuming the property meets all the requirements as set out in the guide and you cannot advertise until the licence is in place You will also need to make sure you contract a legal company for housekeeping as they will need to register with the Guardia Civil.
