Hi,
I am looking to buy a small house or apartment around Oliva and found 'Anderson Premier Corporate Law' in a Google search. Has anyone heard of them? Can you recommend them?

According to Google they are located in Marbella.
What is it you're hoping to achieve? Are you hoping someone will recommend a service in Oliva? Abogado or Estate agent? If you can be more specific it would help.

Thank you for your reply, I found out about Anderson Premier Corporate Law in a Google search and I am thinking of hiring them as they do everything: sort out a mortgage, do all the legal work and set up utilities... I would like to know if anyone has used this firm before and could recommend them before I hire them.

Hi Lucia, your location choice for the forum is Oliva, and if that is your search area I would not recommend appointing them. Simply because it's much better to have your service providers reasonably close to where you are buying. If that company doesn't have a local office up here it will make things more complicated plus a recommendation is always a big plus when it comes to peace of mind. (You are going to send them money at some point)
It would be better to put up a new post with a title like "buying in Oliva" or "Oliva recommendations" or similar which will attract the attention of people who have bought there before and they will give you proven recommendations.
People already settled in Oliva may not have picked up on this thread title.
I live close to Denia, just down the road from Oliva, and I can certainly recommend a firm of solicitors (abogados) in Denia if you want, but a recommended solicitor in Oliva would be even better for you. You may even get a recommendation for a mortgage broker from a thread like that. Local solicitors who do your conveyancing will do your utilities and also become helpful and useful potentially on other matters in the future.
My advice would be don't rush this, it's easy to get it wrong.
