is the PCR required 72 hours before?

Could someone please clarify for me, the PCR test required to enter spain, is the 'within 72 hours' before arrival at departure point, or for arrival in spain?
I paid for our tests 90 euro yes they must be within 72 hours of entry .. l drove from Germany through France to Spain with all my paperwork and guess what l was not once controlled on any border .. could have saved that money .. or with my luck if l had tried to enter without .They would have got me :-)

It is the antigen test only. 🙂

Yes, you can get a Covid Antigen test for travel to the UK costing €39 or €40 in most areas. I was told to go to El Raso by someone who had it done there but I went to DAM Health in Alicante city centre as it was more convenient for me.

That's great, thank you. We used Imed last time but paid for a full PCR at 120 euros, so knowing we only need the antigen is good
