Applying for Residencia

I would like to ask how do you apply for Residencia. I have had many conflicting explanations, also where does your application need to be presented?  Please add the reference of documents needed if possible. Thank you

I got my solicitor to do it, think it cost about 100 euros.

I can honestly say Jim Taylor's guide for Registration as a Resident is very thorough and well presented. The document makes the completion of the necessary forms easy to understand and ensures you correctly complete them. Thank you indeed for all the hard work and care which has been taken with the guide. I have not yet completed the process but I will soon apply and give any feedback.

jimsan, keep your fingers crossed re Brexit. If there's a hard Brexit without an extension or transition period, then the residencia procedure will be that applicable to non-EU residents, and this is much more onerous:
