Good evening all, I am looking for any business opportunities and/or a business partner in or around the Oliva area. I am currently residing in the UK and hope to purchase a property in Oliva in the next few months. I sold my house last year and have cash to invest. Looking for a genuine person/persons. Anything legal considered. I have a varied work background and currently self employed providing legal support services to solicitors and businesses. Happy to discuss further with any genuine and motivated people. Thanks, John.

You probably already know if you are a non EU/EEA Passport holder you must obtain a visa to live and work in Spain. This must be applied for and granted before moving to Spain. It is always best to get expert advice. The following link provides more details:

Hi John, I have just recently moved to Denia, am 57 and have plenty of time at hand of which I am looking to make good use of. I know Oliva well, and like it, considered buying there for a while. I am Swiss not British, in case this should be some legal con to you.
