Hi,

Ive done some research on different areas, and at the moment Im looking at Oliva.

Ive checked out some town houses, and what Im going to do is come out and rent somewhere and then look at the various town house on the market.

any advice will be gratefully received, .

I also know the area was hit by the rain last year, but that's not really a great concern to me.

Any recommendations re estate agents , and or Lawyers gratefully received

We have a 2-bed townhouse in the Old Town for sale, but if that's not what you're looking for it could be a good base for you to rent while you're looking around - we've had quite a lot of tenants doing that. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss.
