Hi Mick

Oliva itself (old town & new) has many different restaurants, so choices depends upon your taste, preferred time of eating & budget. There are less options near the playa, but Kikoport Restaurant, Mandala & Soqueta are the most well known:

If you're arriving from Benidorm on the Alsa bus, then it stops in Oliva only & doesn't pass through the Playa, so you'll have to walk or take a taxi. There's a taxi rank on the Paseo, near the Spa supermarket.

The Olibus goes between Oliva & the Playa, but with a reduced service out of season:

Enjoy your stay on Oliva Playa :-)

A lot of the restaurants are closing at the beach. My two favourite restaurants in town are Pensionista and Sabore both have good Menu del Dias. Sabore is more expensive than Pensionista but it is an upmarket place.

Not many buses as coming into winter but I am attaching a copy of the September bus times. It costs €1.40 each way for an adult. I usually walk onto town, it takes me about 25 minutes.

No buses at the weekend. Taxi costs approx €6 to €9. Bus stop near the Red Cross at the beach. It does a bit of a detour round near Kiko Park and turns onto Passeig Fransciso Brines (the road where Lildl Supermarket is), then turns right into Avenguda Sisteron and stops near the Red Cross which is the stop before last one.

Coming back to the beach you can catch the bus from outside Spar supermarket on the paseo. Cost is €1.40 for adults not sure how much children are.

PS. Did you bring the bad weather with you lol.

Hi Mick

Bus timetable for Oliva Playa is attached. It runs from 1 October through to 31 May.

9.10 , 1300 and 17.15 is the time it leaves Oliva town. The underline means it goes to Sector 5 so is a little bit later than should be at Oliva Playa.
