Can someone briefly outline the Padron process, as I'm moving to Oliva soon?

First of all, my apologies if this has been asked many times already here, but I cannot seem to search back in the archives via my phone.
I have bought an apartment in Oliva and will be moving over in the next few months. I have a British passport - and I'm in the process of applying for an Irish one too (in case it makes things any easier whenever Brexit happens), so I will be dual nationality. I am self-employed and plan to continue this in Oliva. I'm considering this to be a permanent move to Spain, and have been learning Spanish in preparation for the move.
Can someone please outline the process for what I need to do when I move over, in terms of Padron / registering myself etc? Having bought the apartment earlier this year I'm already paying Iberdrola for electrics and taxes to the town, so I'm 'on the books' somewhere. And I have my NIE number also.
