I have just got an updated quote from Gran Alacant and can say they come up with the quotes very quickly and always eager to help with any questions.

It can be a tough one sometimes because there is always that element of doubt when you unfortunately may have to call on their services. You can only hope that they deal with your claims effectively and efficiently in the time of your need.

From memory there have been members on here who have shared their experiences with their respective companies which can help to make an informed decision.

It's a very important decision that needs careful consideration.

We arranged our PHI through Gran Alacant Insurance and as I have said before Alfonso has been most helpful. Our insurance is with Salus and since taking out the policy about three years ago we have used the private clinic located at Campanoar and on two occasions i have been admitted to the Quiron Hospital. On each occasion it was a simple matter of showing my Salus Card and that was the last mention of the insurance. Excellent treatment followed with no worries or query about the insurance cover. Cannot recommend Alfonso, Gran Alacant Insurance, Salus and the Quiron Hospital highly enough.
