Is there anyone who lives in one of townhouses near the square with cafes etc. in Orba. Do most expats live outside town? Any info from someone who is living in Orba town in old town houses please comment. Like the idea of being in walking distance to small supermarkets, cafes etc. Love to hear anything from somebody experiencing this.

We own an apartment in the centre of Orba, sadly we don't live there yet! There are many expats that live in the village, and many that live on the urbanizations outside the village. Its great being in the village, with-in walking distance of everything Orba has to offer, not reliant on driving and living among our Spanish neighbours who are all warm and welcoming, must be something to due with the sun!
Which ever you choose there will be benefits and shortfalls, but if you have already decided on Orba, you are nearly there!
