Has anyone used/claimed with Salus Seguros healthcare insurance?

Hi
Moving to Orba and looking at Healthcare cover for Residencia. Has anyone claimed/used their Salus Seguro insurance cover?

Yes I have to claim, my dog bit very badly and had to use the hospital. We used Gran Alacant insurance to purchase the insurance initially.
Not expecting to use the insurance, we were not sure what the procedure was, so we rang Alfonso at Gran Alacant, he was fantastic, he sorted out appointments, sent us directions, was always available if we needed an interpreter, he goes above and beyond.
Also the hospitals we used were very good, Swift appointments

Hi we have had insurance with Salus for over 17 years and would recommend them to anybody [previously called El Perpetuo Soccoro, now named Salus]. We are resident and use the SIP card at the Centro Salud but when it is something more urgent and we want to see a specialist without waiting we go to Quiron hospital in Torrevieja which is a private hospital and use the Salus card.
They give you a book with all the hospitals you can use with their insurance so you can select the hospital you want to go to yourself.
