New charges

In my last bank statement 2 lots of just over 7eu were taken for “Non residencia”
Can anybody tell me about it, is it monthly?
When did it come in?

Hi John,
Which bank are you with in Spain please? Account fees for non-residents have increased significantly this year, but they vary from bank to bank, so it may be helpful if you could say which one you're with.

Bank Sabadell

Which type of account do you have with Sabadell? I have Key Plus and haven’t seen anything any different to the usual quarterly fee.
Is there any other separate charge that mentions non residencia that’s gone through at the same time? The reason I ask is that it’s similar to the charge I paid(€7.17) for the bank to confirm my non resident status to the authorities. It’s done every 2 years. However,if yours has been taken monthly, I’m at a loss to what it can be, hopefully another forum member will know the answer.

I also have a Sabadell Key plus and expect it is the same fee, is it charged per house owner
