Help with WISE

Hi, Due to a stupid mistake (not having my glasses on) I put the wrong pin in my Wise card consequently it stopped working...... I called Wise who was very helpful fiddled around and then told me to go to an ATM and change the pin. Yesterday I travelled far and wide in every bank possible and none except one offered me the option and the one that did finally came up with "you cannot do that operation on this card" after falling around laughing (by this time it was laugh or cry) I came home to ask if anyone has had this problem and solved it?
