Removing palm roots from the ground

Dear All,

I had the unpleasant surprise to find that in the place where I was planning to plant a lemon tree there are some roots of a young palm tree, planted there by the developer. My home was also a presentation among the first ones built in 2007.I understand that a special tool is used for this operation.

Does any of you know a team / company specialized in such an operation ?Thank you in advance !Adrian Emanoel
