I have a king size room and private bathroom that can be used for short or long term rental. Use of private pool but share the kitchen. Plenty of parking.

I am looking for a long term lodger but happy to discuss if any interest to you.

hi we are in the area at the moment on dream hills 1 for 9 weeks, we have an apartment for another 3 weeks and longer if we require, however we are looking for a long term rental in this area either to live in from end of Oct until we go back to the UK at the beg of Dec or for long term 12 months or more from Jan 18.

We are a retired couple with no children with us no pets very clean living who want to enjoy and love a property like our own whilst enjoying the surroundings.

if your property is still for long term rental please could you let me know if you have english tv and wifi as these are essential for our style of living.
