Hi

Could anyone recommend a good immigration lawyer based in the Punta Prima area please.

Just need some advice on visas and the lack of availability of TIE appointments generally in Alicante province.

Thanks

Ron.

What nationality are you Ron-if your UK passport holders you can only have a NLVisa or a Golden visa (500,000€) property,to live more than 90 days at a time  you cannot get a visa to just live here as UK citizen hopefully you have an Irish parentage good luck it’s a great life

Hi

Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes we are UK citizens on a NLV which was hopefully a starting point for staying in Spain for at least a year.

Although we have our visa it needs to be finalised by us registering for our TIE’s .

This is the problem as there is limited appointments available for TIE’s at the moment in Alicante province.

It’s something everyone is going through at the moment, we just need to know what happens when the initial NLV runs out after three months and we still haven’t managed to arrange an appointment, do we have to leave Spain ?

It’s a grey area so we are seeking advice.

Cheers

Ron.
