Are there any reliable taxi firms I could use to take me supermarket shopping when I’m on holiday in Orihuela Costa? I am renting a villa for two weeks and intend to not go far from there, so I don’t want to hire a car. Alternatively will supermarket deliver to a Villa rental or do online order for collection?

I don't see why you could not do online shopping, we do ours every week with Mercadona they are extremely reliable and helpful the website is very user friendly. Saves carrying heavy groceries up stairs.

We also use Mercadona for home delivery but you need to have a Spanish bank account for payment.

I use Mercadona as well but I just signed up for N26 account (online only no card) using rental address. My third order on the way with no problems

Do you mean you got a N26 from your UK address, and got delivery to holiday rental? Just trying to understand. Thanks.

Used my spanish holiday rental address and only requested online account with no card to be posted to my address. You then download the app and have an account on your phone with everything you need to bills etc.
