Bank charges

Hi all has anyone got a pension account with bankinter this is a resident account which for the past three years has incurred no charges just got my statement and they have started from the 1st of June charging me 9 euros per month now anyone else have this

I have a Bankinter resident pension account and I have just checked my online banking and I have not received any charges.

I also have the same account and have not been charged. One requirement was to spend 3000 euro a year on their card and have 5 direct debits.
