Hi, I am new to this forum and hoping someone can help. I am currently in the UK and unable to access my Caixa account online anymore as I don’t have a digital signature. I have tried downloading the CaixaBank Sign app to replace the digital signature but each time I try to input the code given via sms the app just takes me back to the beginning asking for ID and password. Has anyone been successful in downloading this app and able to point me in the right direction. Hopefully someone can help.

Doreen, I had the same problem last week, rang the customer service number on my house phone in the uk, they talked me through the set up process on my iPad. They spoke excellent English and were very patient. The reason I said use the house phone was because you had to enter details received on the mobile phone, and I tried doing both setting up and getting the codes on the same mobile a disaster.

All sorted now.

Your Id and password are those you use to enter CaixaBankNow. Your ID is usually your NIE numerals preceded by zero and your password is whatever you have decided and registered.

Hi Stephanie, I could access using ID and password but I was then asked for digital signature which is what I did not have. I have now managed to download the CaixaBank Sign app which replaces the digital signature. Thank you for your reply though. Doreen
