You're solicitor will cover this for you as part of the purchase process.

My sol got my NIE and opened an account for me with Banco Sabadell

If you check other posts on the Forum the majority of people recommend Sabadell Bank.

I also recommend Sabadell.

For money transfers I use Transferwise. It was a little strange the first time I watched a sum of money disappear on the internet but I've used them hundreds of times, very efficient and the money always arrives in Sabadell quickly. Their rates are much better than your UK bank will give you, they charge a very small fee based on a percentage of the sum and trust me you will save a lot of money by using them instead of your bank.

There are other good money transfer agents this is just my experience with Transferwise.

Ps I think Sabadell charge 30 euros a quarter, 120 annual.

That depends on your local suppliers. Search the forum and if you don't find your answer post up a new topic on it.

Cheers, Steve

Just be carefull when depositing your cash sometimes it is better to transfer several small amounts check with them first if there is a charge for depoiting large amounts and what the threshold is or you can get caught out with a big charge.
