IF by "Net Box" you mean the first thing that comes up in a google search, then it is simply an android box running various apps (that need almost constant updating) to access free, but questionable reliability and quality, streams. You can get the boxes cheaper, and load them up your self using the many many guides on youtube.

Thanks for your reply, I saw the service advertised in the free papers. Must admit I know very little about this type of thing.
