They probably exist but I can't say I've ever seen any.
By and large it seems most people don't bother with them and use the built in beam adjustment which just about every car built in the past couple of decades has.
If you are dead set on using deflectors then maybe you could find some RH to LH ones then cut mirror images of them from black tape and stick those on, they should work just as well and to the casual observer will look perfectly correct.
This post that was quoted has been deleted.
RH and LH beam patterns are mirror images of each other. Not sure about now but in the past many US cars used to use flat beams.
Most RHD cars which have so called 'continental driving' adjustments only flatten the beam to avoid dazzling opposing traffic but that won't pass an ITV.

Hi thanks for the input, we are residents with spanish car but it is very old so doesn't have a switch, I know when we took our swedish car to uk we had to change the lights, will try on the road to the ferry or wait until we are in uk and hit halfords as the nets says thats the place to go 🙄😊 we tried the shops mentioned above last time we used silver tape but that must be 18 years ago.....

Hi, can I suggest that you buy a set from eBay uk, and have them sent to your relatives house.
Cost about £7 with free delivery. are very easy to use and you can apply them in five minutes. Check also if they are actually required, as I had to do the opposite here for my English RHD car, but a garage told me they are now not legal here in Spain.
All the best wishes
