My wife and myself tested positive for COVID 12 days ago. We reported results to GVA.es. our health page informed us that a nurse would contact us on a certain date and time. No one contacted us. The same a few days later, again not contacted. Today we are informed the nurse will contact us tomorrow.

The number provided is never answered.

My partner and myself have been isolating since Monday as my partner was due an urgent operation on Tuesday and he showed positive at his pre op covid test last Friday. Absolutely unaware of this until we turned up at Torrevieja Hospital for an appointment with another specialist on Monday morning and she saw it on the computer. We were told to leave the hospital immediately, he had waited 2 years to see this specialist with constant cancellations. We eventually had a call on Monday afternoon from the Salud where the test was done, meanwhile we had been out over the weekend as well as the hospital. Nobody has told me I have to isolate although obviously I am, neither of us have any symptoms and wouldn’t have known he had it without the test. We both did lateral flow tests at home 3 times last week and again on Monday and Tuesday this week, all negative. Don’t even know when we can come out of isolation, hospital said 6 days but is this from Monday when we were told or Friday when he had the test?

This is just about the same as my wife.

We had a lateral flow flow positive 12 days ago. Day 7 and 8 negative. We reported all results and were told a nurse would monitor us by phone. Three dates and times we were told. None of the calls were made. Many calls from us were unanswered.

On day 10 my wife had  PCR test at the health center for a upcoming eye operation that has been cancelled 3 times.. two days later her Dr phoned that she was positive and she had to isolate for 7 days. Nothing about me, nothing about the operation.
