We travelling to Playa Flamenco mid may , just wandering if you still need to fill in Spanish Locator Form & whether you need to still do the q r code for your booster injections

Mid May is a long time away.
At present yes you do need to complete the SpTH form and proof of covid vaccinations
But I would ask again nearer the time.
The Spanish government are looking to review our remaining covid restrictions ie mask wearing and will no doubt review travel restrictions as well.They’ve announced that current restrictions will remain in place for Semana Santa, so look for a change to be announced probably late April.
