Hi, Has anyone had their military checks back ? I’m just getting a little impatient. I was told between 4-6 months and just going into 5th month but wondered if anyone else had received theirs. Just cannot wait to get keys to our little bolt hole in the sun

If Spanish red tape states 4-6 months, the earliest I would expect to get an answer would be 2-3 days shy of your 6 months.
But seriously as this rule has only come in to place for Brits since January, there’s probably not a lot of people that have been in the position to purchase a property since then, especially as travel restrictions have been in force. So unfortunately there’s not many here that can help.

My friends applied in January and it was received ok at the end of April. (Real friends not I know someone who knows someone...)

How long have you been waiting Bev? Are you closer to the 5 months of Shipp74 or the 3 months of Myra’s friends?
We’ve been waiting 10 weeks so far, hoping it’s not too much longer!

Just checked my emails and on 2nd March it was sent to the military so not as long as I thought actually
was told they were actively looking at it about 2 weeks ago but not heard anything since
flights booked for 2nd July just hoping it’s all completed
